Sourcing Excellence 

In this phase, we focus on selecting the right fabrics and trims based on your design requirements, partnering with trusted suppliers to ensure high-quality materials. We then conduct a series of essential tests to check for durability, color retention, and overall functionality. Afterward, we prepare the fabric by inspecting it for defects and carefully spreading and cutting it to precise patterns, ensuring everything is ready for the next stage of production.

 Quality and Performance

To further guarantee the best quality, we perform thorough testing on both fabric and trims. Fabric tests like shrinkage, colorfastness, and tensile strength ensure durability and consistency. Similarly, trim tests, such as zipper functionality and button strength, confirm that all components meet performance standards. These steps are crucial for delivering products that are not only visually appealing but also functional and long-lasting.

Grading, Cutting and shaping the Garment

In this phase, we create precise templates for each garment piece, followed by grading to adjust the patterns for different sizes. Once the patterns are ready, we proceed to the cutting stage, using either manual or automated machines to carefully cut the fabric according to the patterns, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every piece.

Bringing the Garment Together

Now the garment pieces are carefully assembled using industrial sewing machines. The process is streamlined through an assembly line, where workers specialize in specific tasks such as sewing sleeves, attaching collars, and more.
